Senior Pricing & Costing Specialist

We are looking for a finance professional with solid experience in pricing, cost analysis and profitability to join an international B2B industrial company with operations in Mexico.

This role combines financial analysis with a strong business perspective. The main focus is on understanding costs, margins, pricing and profitability, and using that information to support better commercial and financial decisions.

What you'll do

• Analyze product costs and landed cost, including logistics, warehousing, special services and other related expenses.
• Review pricing, margins and profitability by product, customer and business opportunity.
• Build pricing scenarios considering costs, market conditions, exchange-rate movements and profitability targets.
• Prepare financial models and sensitivity analyses to understand the impact of changes in cost, price, volume and FX.
• Monitor the impact of MXN/USD fluctuations on margins and financial results.
• Participate in the review and negotiation of intercompany / transfer pricing with international teams.
• Track sales, margin and profitability results, identifying deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Analyze market information and customer consumption patterns to identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to the Sales team.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Keep pricing information accurate and up to date.
• Prepare financial and business analyses for Finance and Commercial teams.
• Identify potential margin erosion or profitability risks and recommend actions before they become significant.
• Work closely with different areas of the business, translating financial information into practical recommendations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Costing, Revenue Management, Profitability Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, landed cost, margins, profitability and P&L.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills and good business judgment.
• Advanced English for business conversations and presentations.
• Experience in multinational companies or intercompany operations is highly valued.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Availability for occasional international travel.

Working conditions & benefits

• Location: Colonia Del Valle, Benito Juárez, Mexico City.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
