Global E‑commerce Director — Revenue, Growth & AI
Maxima Apparel
Maxima Apparel is seeking an ecommerce leader to own revenue, conversion, and customer lifetime value across brand-owned markets, with the US site prioritized. You will run the site P&L, merchandising calendar, SEO, and the full customer journey from search to post-purchase, while driving AI-powered insights and automated reporting.
The role requires Shopify fluency, 6+ years in ecommerce with P&L ownership, and strong leadership across merchandising, analytics, and site operations.
