Job Description: About the Role The Digital Commerce & Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in accelerating digital revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the digital quote-to-order journey. The role combines digital commerce expertise, customer success, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled capabilities to help customers and sales teams maximize value from HPE's digital platforms and services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will leverage customer insights, analytics, automation, and digital tools to increase adoption, optimize purchasing experiences, identify growth opportunities, and drive scalable business outcomes. Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will partner closely with customers, sales teams, product organizations, and technology teams to simplify processes, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Digital Commerce Growth: Own the expansion of digital revenue by driving adoption of eCommerce and self‑service channels, embedding them as the primary engine for scalable growth.
• Own Digital Experience & Conversion: Deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end customer journey across catalogue, pricing, and ordering—optimizing conversion, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive Commercial & Operational Excellence: Simplify and scale quote‑to‑order processes, enabling complex deal execution while reducing friction, cost, and cycle time.
• Build Scalable, Data‑Driven Operations: Leverage data and AI‑driven insights to improve adoption, conversion, and efficiency; translate analytics into automation, standardization, and measurable business impact.
• Lead Transformation at Scale: Drive adoption of new platforms, tools, and operating models, aligning cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent global execution.

What You Bring:

Required

• 4+ years in sales, customer success, or customer solutions within complex, cross‑functional environments. Demonstrated experience supporting e‑commerce or marketing initiatives.
• Highly self‑directed with strong prioritization and independent execution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse, international stakeholders.
• Customer‑centric mindset, balancing customer needs with commercial priorities.
• Proven ability to perform in fast‑paced, transformational environments.
• Languages: Business fluent English.

Preferred

• Technology industry experience (cloud, software, or digital platforms).
• Proven exposure to digital transformation, automation, and AI‑driven initiatives.
• Strong data acumen: leverages customer analytics to drive growth and decisions.
• Solid commercial foundation: pricing, lifecycle management, and revenue expansion.
• Basic negotiation capability in commercial discussions.
• Project execution discipline with high learning agility and curiosity for digital commerce & AI.
