Lo que implica este trabajo
Como Senior Manager de Finanzas para LATAM Leasing & Capital Markets, serás un miembro clave del equipo de finanzas, brindando soporte analítico y estratégico a los líderes de negocio en la toma de decisiones, pronósticos y presentación de resultados.
Zona de trabajo: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX
Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs
Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial
Sueldo : $85,00- 90.000 brutos mensuales
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
- Proporcionar análisis financiero para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio
- Desarrollar pronósticos financieros, incluyendo planes de largo plazo, planes operativos anuales y pronósticos trimestrales
- Analizar datos de desempeño para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en rentabilidad
- Gestionar el seguimiento y procesamiento de pagos de comisiones de manera continua
- Colaborar en la preparación oportuna de reportes mensuales y paquetes financieros
- Trabajar con líderes de negocio en la gestión de pipeline, reconocimiento de ingresos y alineación con términos contractuales
- Actuar como asesor estratégico sobre asuntos financieros y operacionales
Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas
- Inglés avanzado requerido (indispensable)
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad o campo relacionado con mínimo 5 años de experiencia
- Experiencia en herramientas de software: EPM (Enterprise Planning Software) y software de reporteo financiero
- Sólidas habilidades financieras, analíticas, organizacionales y de comunicación
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas, gestionar el tiempo efectivamente y establecer prioridades
- Manejo confidencial de información sensible
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente con mínima supervisión
