FP&A Manager

Objective

The position focuses on improving revenue KPIs, managing commercial and operational costs, and supporting margin and ROI optimization. The role works collaboratively with the Regional Controller and global FP&A team on revenue reporting and on managing product, technology costs, and other global initiatives.

Functions

• Financial reporting in collaboration with Controlling & Accounting team
• Set reliable budgets and forecasts, and track progress against them
• Translate global priorities and strategies into action on a regional level
• Present key financial information, trends and KPIs
• Improve business performance (Revenue, Margin, Cash)
• Set targets and drive improvement in key Revenue metrics (Bookings, ARR, NRR, Retention, one time renewals)
• Take actions to ensure that annual financial objectives
• Evaluate service offerings, resource & investment allocation to maximise revenue and margin
• Identify & implement controllable cost savings
• Contribute to wider Numerator International finance leadership team and its priorities

Requirements

• 6 years experience in FP&A or Business Partnering
• Extensive experience working in a finance leadership role within a global organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and other ERP systems.
• Advanced English Mandatory
