Head of People & Culture

This role is ideal for a senior HR professiona l with deep experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, and People Leadership. You will act as the primary HR point of contact for regional leadership, overseeing end‑to‑end people processes while ensuring alignment with global standards and the company’s culture.
As Head of People & Culture, you will manage a Business Partners team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all People operations in Mexico, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Lead Talent Acquisition , ensuring effective hiring processes, supervising the recruiting team.
- Oversee Hiring & Onboarding , including contract processes, document validation, and execution of a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience.
- Manage Employee Lifecycle Processes , including voluntary and involuntary termination and reporting to leadership.
- Drive Organizational Development , leading performance evaluations, policy updates, training plans, and HR process improvements.
- Provide Employee Support as a senior HR point of contact across the country.
- Supervise HR Operations, including inventory management, documentation control, and HR systems.
- Lead and Develop the HR Team , ensuring alignment with culture, performance, and professional growth.
Your Profile

- Has a solid background in talent acquisition, HR operations, labor relations, and organizational development.
- Is comfortable navigating fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Thrives in multicultural settings and enjoys working with distributed teams.
- Has excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Management.
- Experience leading HR teams in multinational environments (preferred).
- Experience managing benefits, immigration cases, and HR platforms (Personio is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
