In this strategic role, you will lead a high-performing team across People Ops and Talent Acquisition while scaling the organization from 65 to over 130 employees by 2026. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in HR roles, a strong analytical mindset and is committed to preserving a values-driven company culture.
