A leading financial technology company is seeking a Director of People in Mexico City to architect and execute the People function. In this strategic role, you will lead a high-performing team across People Ops and Talent Acquisition while scaling the organization from 65 to over 130 employees by 2026. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in HR roles, a strong analytical mindset and is committed to preserving a values-driven company culture. This position is critical for the company's growth and long-term success.
