Payroll & Human Resources Coordinator
CROWN México
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training, employee relations, and payroll administration .
- Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Workday for HR administration and employee data management.
- Experience with talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
- Experience with Fortia is considered a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
