Latin America HR Manager — Strategy & People Programs

Abbott is looking for a Manager HR in Mexico City to lead HR programs for the Diabetes Care organization across Latin America. Candidates must have extensive HR experience, and fluency in English and Spanish is essential. This role offers a chance to implement HR strategies, evaluate workforce needs, and develop team members within a dedicated environment focused on diversity and employee wellbeing.
The position includes responsibilities in recruitment, performance evaluation, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master's preferred, and at least 8 years of HR experience.
