Descripción del puesto
Objetivo:
Realizar auditorías de procesos y especiales para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan anual de autorizado por el Comité de Auditoria, dando seguimiento a los planes de acción propuestos por los dueños del proceso, verificando que los riesgos identificados se mitiguen de forma adecuada.
Funciones:
- Realización de las auditorías asignadas, con el objetivo de evaluar el funcionamiento y eficacia de los controles implementados en los procesos auditados.
- Documentar todas las etapas de la auditoria asignada, desde la etapa de planeación hasta la etapa de cierre, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad requeridos por la normatividad de Auditoria Interna aplicable.
- Participar en inventarios físicos anuales.
- Comentar las observaciones con los responsables asegurando que sean correctas previo a la junta de cierre
- Presentar los hallazgos resultantes de las auditorías en la junta de cierre
- Dar seguimiento a los planes de remediación asignados
- Apoyar al Auditor Senior en actividades especiales (presentaciones, análisis, reportes, etc) solicitadas por la Jefatura y/o Dirección de Auditoría Interna.
