US Payroll Senior Analyst — Lead Process Improvement
PepsiCo
PepsiCo is seeking a Payroll Supervisor for US payroll inputs, supporting 20k+ employees. You will ensure accurate bonuses and payments, while upholding SLAs and driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma approaches.
The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 2+ years in payroll or finance. Strong English, MS Office skills, and integrity are essential for success in a dynamic environment.
