LATAM Talent Sourcer — AI-Driven Sales Recruiting
Genesys Cloud Services, Inc.
Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Talent Sourcer to support LATAM recruiting with a focus on sales roles. You will build high-quality pipelines, deliver a strong candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives.
You will partner with hiring managers and the LATAM TA team to meet hiring needs, using AI-powered tools and LinkedIn to identify candidates. This role is based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model.
