Entry-Level Project Manager (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

This is a fully remote position , but it is not asynchronous .

• You must be at your desk and fully available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time (US) . No exceptions.
• You must have a dedicated, private, distraction-free workspace . We have a high volume of both internal and client-facing video meetings, and you are expected to appear presentable and professional on camera at all times.

Communication & Client Interaction

• Monitor Slack and email to stay on top of client messages
• Join client conversations and support communication and problem-solving
• Act as a bilingual bridge (Spanish–English) between our clients and internal team
• Help with brainstorming, strategy sessions, and progress check-ins

Team Coordination & Task Management

• Take notes in client meetings and turn them into clear action items
• Work closely with developers to make sure everyone knows what they're working on
• Keep track of how much time clients have left in their support hours and help communicate that
• Help with small fixes or hands-on tasks as needed (we'll teach you how)

Quality Assurance & Helpdesk

• Review team work before it goes to clients to make sure it's polished
• Help manage Helpdesk tickets — creating, tracking, and following up
• Record Loom videos to explain processes or answer common questions

Support & Organization

• Coordinate with support teams to solve any blockers
• Help with planning project timelines and estimating work
• Organize and maintain client assets like brand files, photos, and more

• Bilingual in Spanish and English — written and spoken
• Curious, motivated, and open to learning new tools, platforms, and processes
• Comfortable with written communication and staying organized
• Willing to learn tools like Shopify, Asana, Slack, Klaviyo, etc.
• A team player who enjoys solving problems and figuring things out
• Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track of the details
• Reliable 9–5 ET availability and a professional, distraction-free home office setup

• Any exposure to Shopify or e-commerce tools
• Familiarity with tools like Loom, Trello, or Discord
• A background in customer service, admin, or support roles
