Responsabilidades
- Gestión de Inventarios y Logística: Control de inventarios físicos, planificación de reabastecimiento y traspasos en tiendas directas. Monitoreo de niveles de stock de seguridad para optimizar la rotación y minimizar pérdidas.
- Seguimiento de Objetivos de Ventas: Desglose y seguimiento de metas de ventas mensuales/trimestrales y KPIs clave (ticket promedio, tasa de conversión, etc.). Implementación de estrategias basadas en datos para impulsar los resultados.
- Ejecución de Material POP y Eventos: Planeación y ejecución de actividades promocionales, lanzamientos de productos y campañas de marketing en tienda. Coordinación del diseño, producción y renovación de material POP/exhibición manteniendo los estándares de la marca.
- Soporte Operativo Integral: Resolución de imprevistos operativos en el día a día. Apoyo continuo al equipo de tienda en procesos con sistemas, logística y comunicación interdepartamental para asegurar una operación fluida.
Calificaciones
- Idiomas: Español nativo o fluido. Inglés fluido (capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocios y reporte).
- Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en operaciones de retail, gestión de tiendas o control de inventarios (deseable experiencia en tiendas de marca propia).
Habilidades Requeridas
- Manejo avanzado/intermedio de Excel para análisis de datos y dominio de sistemas POS.
- Conocimiento básico de mercadotecnia en punto de venta y visual merchandising.
Habilidades Preferidas
- Proactivo, orientado a resultados, analítico, con sólidas habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y adaptabilidad al mercado local.
