At LTM , we help global organizations modernize and optimize their business operations through digital innovation. We are looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to support a growing engagement with McAfee .

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementations, integrations, security, reporting, and data migration activities . This role requires strong technical and functional understanding of the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM solutions.
• Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and security configurations.
• Perform integration troubleshooting and migration activities.
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and test scenarios.
• Support business users and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
• Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Security.
• Strong knowledge of reporting and calculated fields.
• Experience with XSLT.
• Understanding of integration scheduling and monitoring.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
