SMT Process Engineer - Lead Yield & Process Innovation
Flextronics - The Flex Company
Flex is seeking a dedicated SMT Process Engineer to join our Guadalajara North Campus team as we prepare SpinCo for future opportunities. You will supervise critical SMT activities, develop and optimize programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot and Press Fit equipment, and lead cross‑functional teams to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
The role emphasizes process control, Kaizen, and collaboration with engineers to root‑cause issues and implement robust manufacturing solutions.
