Repair Process Engineer - PCBAs & Process Excellence
Flextronics - The Flex Company
Flex is seeking a Repair Process Engineer to support SpinCo initiatives from Guadalajara North, ensuring stable, compliant repair processes for PCBAs. You will lead cross‑functional teams in defining criteria, validating equipment, and preventing field failures.
Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering background with electronics manufacturing experience, IPC knowledge, and strong problem solving on the shop floor.
