Are you passionate about building high-performing teams and driving talent strategies across Latin America?

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help shape and scale our talent agenda across the region while partnering with global stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for:

✅ 8–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years leading recruiting teams

✅ Strong recruiting expertise across LATAM

✅ Proven experience supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large-scale global hiring initiatives

✅ Background working with a global consumer brand

✅ Ability to build trusted partnerships with global business leaders, HR teams, and local stakeholders

✅ Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of integrity and accountability

✅ Advanced English proficiency ( C2 level )
