What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for innovative pharmaceutical products.
• Advanced English proficiency (this will be assessed during the recruitment process).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and strengthen brand performance.
• Build and execute annual brand plans aligned with business priorities and commercial objectives.
• Lead strategic activities related to product launches, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
• Manage marketing investments and budgets, optimizing resource allocation and business impact.
• Drive the overall marketing strategy for an innovative specialty portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market positioning.
