Extrusion Process Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Participate in the process development, process setting, verification, equipment installation and commissioning of new sealing strip projects; product sample debugging and delivery; responsible for the creation and issuance of flow charts, PFMEAs, and other documents; 2. Debug and produce samples during the launch phase of new projects; analyze the causes of defective products and failed inspection parts; maintain good communication and cooperation with headquarters personnel to promote improvement; 3. Maintain the daily production line for EPDM/TPV sealing strip extrusion; optimize and improve the extrusion operation process; solve process-related problems in production; propose tooling and die optimization suggestions; upgrade and modify equipment and debug processes; transfer products to the production line for trial production; and optimize line speed. 4. Participate in and coordinate the VAVE project commissioning to achieve VAVE project goals. 5. Cooperate with the company's system engineers to complete the system and QSB implementation work. 6. Supervise, train, and guide the process operations of direct workers, and guide and arrange the work of process engineers. 7. Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical) Bachelor Degree. 8. Experience in the automotive industry +5 years 9. English Proficiency +90%. 10. Passport & VISA (availability to travel). 11. Experience - PFMEA/Control Plan. 12. Experience - Tooling / Dies Preventive Maintenance & Management. 13. Process troubleshooting extrusion/molding. 14. Knowledge of peripheral equipment for extrusion / molding.
