Propósito del Rol

Ser líder no solo de la visión de los canales de venta a cargo, sino también la de la categoría en general para el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias. Colaborarás con equipos multifuncionales, trabajarás directamente con los clientes/KAMs y desarrollarás una estrategia que incluya soluciones creativas, planificación de la ruta de comercialización, ejecución de planes de marca en el punto de venta y seguimiento del performance del cliente. Trabajarás en el conocimiento continuo del mercado y la marca a nivel de cliente y comprador (performance del canal, seguimiento de la competencia, precios y comportamiento del consumidor/comprador). Desarrollarás y concretarás proyectos a corto, mediano y largo plazo con múltiples clientes, con la mentalidad de crear sólidos planes de crecimiento futuro.

Responsabilidades clave

• Proceso completo de SOP (A&DR, QBR, IBP, OPSO, etc).
• Liderar la planificación mensual, trimestral y anual de los canales de venta.
• Crear e implementar la estrategia para los canales de venta y clientes clave (costos/precios y promociones).
• Gestión y control de inversión (TMI/BMI).
• Análisis de la competencia/mercado y conocimiento de los clientes (shares, crecimientos, tenencias).
• Implementación de innovaciones.
• Rol activo y liderazgo en foros comerciales clave.
• Desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Definición de portafolio canal/cliente.
• JBPs por cliente.
• Consolidación de información por cliente para creación de reportes a total canal.

• Excel intermedio/avanzado
• Dominio de P&L
• Experiencia en proceso S&OP
• Inglés intermedio
