Job Title: Technical Analyst Trainee (Freshers / Entry-Level)

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and passionate Technical Analyst Trainees who are looking to build a career in technology within the Banking and Financial Services domain. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who have a solid technical foundation, basic programming knowledge, and a strong desire to learn enterprise systems and financial technologies.

Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training program covering Business Analysis fundamentals, banking and payment systems, and technical concepts including C++, Linux, and Oracle Database before transitioning into project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Technical Analyst training program.
• Learn technical concepts related to banking, payment processing, and financial systems.
• Develop knowledge of Business Analysis fundamentals and functional business processes.
• Gain hands-on exposure to C++, Linux, Oracle Database, and enterprise application concepts.
• Assist in analyzing technical requirements and supporting system design discussions.
• Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and team members throughout the learning program.
• Support troubleshooting, documentation, and technical analysis activities.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic programming knowledge and understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with programming concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to attend onsite training in Guadalajara.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or practical experience with C++ (strongly preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Exposure to Oracle Database or SQL.
• Internship or academic projects involving software development.
• Interest in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or Credit Card systems.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
