Member Services Representative (Remote)

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building positive relationships, and delivering exceptional customer support.
As a Member Services Representative, you will assist members with inquiries, provide information regarding services and benefits, and help ensure a positive customer experience. This position supports clients within the travel and hospitality sector and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Assist members with service-related questions and requests
- Maintain accurate member records and documentation
- Communicate information clearly and professionally
- Follow up with members as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive member experience
- Follow company procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and communication tools
- Detail-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Customer service, hospitality, travel, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
