Bilingual Sales Manager: Lead & Grow Field Team
Uline Inc.
Uline, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing local sales team focused on customer-first relationships. The role includes coaching, field visits, and cross-functional collaboration with national sales and training managers to drive performance.
The position requires 10+ years in sales leadership, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel throughout Mexico. On-site work at the Guadalajara office with regular field activities.
