Global Change Management Lead - Digital Transformation
Takeda
Takeda is seeking an OCM Lead in Mexico City to design and implement Change Management strategies for large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Change Management, a solid understanding of frameworks like Prosci/ADKAR, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
