Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist (Santiago de Querétaro)

Job Overview

Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst at Kellanova located in Querétaro. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality talent to support our business growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruiting Ownership – Manage high-volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple businesses and disciplines, from intake through offer.
• Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy – Build, develop, and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Hiring Manager Partnership – Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
• Recruiting Systems Expertise – Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting systems, processes, and candidate relationship management tools.
• Employer Brand Representation – Act as a Kellanova ambassador by delivering a strong candidate experience and attracting top talent to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, HR or related areas.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting salaried roles, ideally within a consumer goods or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with internet sourcing, direct sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven experience managing high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting CRM tools.
• Advanced level of English.
