As demand for our SAP services continues to grow across Mexico and the broader LATAM region, we're looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-focused SAP Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth.

How you will make an impact:

As our SAP Sales Manager for LATAM, you'll help leading organizations transform their businesses while shaping Westernacher's continued growth across the region. This is an opportunity to own a strategic territory, engage with C-level decision-makers, and turn business challenges into long-term partnerships and successful SAP initiatives.

• Drive new business growth across LATAM by identifying opportunities and winning SAP consulting engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, customers, SAP, and partners to create lasting business value.
• Develop strategic accounts and expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity qualification and solution positioning through negotiation and closure.
• Represent Westernacher in the market , working closely with our SAP experts to deliver impactful transformation programs for our clients.

Your expertise:

You know how to turn relationships into opportunities and opportunities into successful SAP engagements. Combining business acumen, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of the LATAM market, you are comfortable engaging with executives while speaking the language of SAP transformation.

• A proven SAP sales professional with experience in business development, account management, consulting, or solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of the LATAM market and a successful track record of selling SAP services and building lasting client relationships.
• A trusted advisor to senior stakeholders , confident engaging with executives and decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
• An SAP expert at heart , with hands-on consulting, delivery, or presales experience and the ability to translate business challenges into compelling solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish , with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and the flexibility to travel as needed.
