We’re Hiring: Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive successful digital marketing outcomes across multiple accounts.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong agency experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of performance marketing and lead generation, who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Location
Remote (Mexico-based candidates supporting U.S. clients)
⏰ Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT or PST
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless communication, alignment with business goals, and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
You will maintain visibility across all marketing activities while coordinating with internal specialists in SEO, paid media, content, and web development.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage day‑to‑day communication and build strong client relationships
- Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring their goals are clearly communicated
- Project & Delivery Coordination
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, web, etc.)
- Manage priorities, timelines, and workflows across multiple accounts
- Performance & Reporting
- Develop and present performance reports to clients
- Work with data from tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and SEMrush
- Translate marketing metrics into clear, actionable client insights
- Track lead generation attribution and connect marketing spend to qualified leads
- Communicate performance against client‑specific KPIs
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Agency experience in digital marketing (required)
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within a marketing environment
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing (SEO and/or PPC)
- Experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills (near‑native level required)
- Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross‑functional teams
Compensation:
24,000 – 30,000 MXN + law benefits (Payroll)
30,000 – 37,000 MXN + benefits (Contractor)
