Front Desk / Executive Assistant

Changan Mexico is looking for a Front Desk / Executive Assistant to support our COO and General Affairs team. We are seeking an organized, service-oriented professional who is comfortable working closely with senior management and coordinating multiple administrative priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the COO’s agenda, including meetings, video calls, business trips, reservations and reminders.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including rooms, materials, refreshments and other logistics.
• Attend and channel calls, emails and visitors with professional and friendly service.
• Prepare and review presentations, documents, meeting minutes and reports.
• Support administrative processes such as requisitions, invoices, payments and travel expenses.
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms organized and ready for visitors.
• Follow up on pending requests and administrative activities.
• Support executive events and other General Affairs activities when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree or equivalent education.
• 1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Front Desk, Administration, General Affairs or a similar role.
• Previous experience supporting managers, directors or senior executives is highly desirable.
• Strong organization, agenda management and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• English communication skills are a plus.
• Experience coordinating meetings, executive visits and event logistics.
