British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a HR Benefits Intern in Monterrey

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and deliver monthly INEGI headcount reports, along with various SAP reports.
• Manage the organization and distribution of Ecovale and gasoline cards.
• Support SURA processes, including employee registration, sending credentials to new users and resolving general inquiries.
• Handle pension ‑ related documentation, including signing payment letters and verifying the survival status of retired personnel.
• Develop internal communications on benefit topics and process vendor invoice payments related to certain benefits.

What are we looking for?

• Advanced student in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related fields
• Projected graduation date of June 2027 or later
• Availability to work in a hybrid modality
• Intermediate–advanced proficiency in English and MS Excel
• Strong organization, responsibility and proactivity
