What You'll Do

• Administer Total Rewards programs, including benefits, stock plans, and employee reimbursement initiatives.

• Prepare reports, perform audits, and analyze data to support business decisions and ensure data accuracy.

• Manage benefits billing processes, financial tracking, and vendor reporting while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain compensation and benefits data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

• Partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to support Total Rewards initiatives and deliver exceptional service.

• Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and helping create meaningful rewards programs through collaboration and innovation.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits Administration, HR Analytics, Compensation, or a similar HR role.

• Experience working with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, vendor reporting, and benefits administration processes.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conversational English (B2+) required.
