Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong expertise in Quality Management Systems, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings
• Oversee quality documentation control, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
• Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all processes
• Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
• Train and mentor team members on quality tools, standards, and best practices

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ISO 9001:2015 certification and compliance
• Proven experience leading Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Strong background in audit planning, execution, and management
• Experience with quality documentation control and administration
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis methodologies
• Knowledge and application of 5W2H and 8D methodologies
• Experience managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
