Quality Engineering Intern

Summary of the work

1. Operate and maintain the quality system within the project or production line in accordance with KOS requirements.
2. Resolve supplier quality issues and customer issues to keep the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production costs.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Assist in completing the advance quality planning for new products, PSO audit and PPAP document submission for new products, projects and suppliers to ensure the product process is under control.
2. Support for daily production line product quality management, timely handling of process problems related to product quality to ensure product and service quality.
3. Learn how to handling customer complaints in a timely manner, ensure that customer feedback is given within 24 hours, and maintain good communication with customers.
4. Tracking suppliers' product development process, controlling suppliers' supply quality, ensuring their products are continuously stable and meet the requirements.
5. Collect and summarize quality data, report according to the determined cycle and develop improvement plan.
6. Assist in establishing and implementing process statistics and analysis for continuous improvement of raw material and product quality.
7. Assist in the implementation of quality system and process audits and tracking of improvement measures, and actively use and promote various quality improvement tools to facilitate improvements in quality control.
8. The ability to work should meet the specific requirements of the client.
