Goal of Position

The Quality Management System Intern will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s quality management system. This role is suitable for a recent graduate or final-year student interested in developing professional experience in quality standards, process documentation, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate or final-year student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• English advanced
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 or similar quality standards.
• Familiarity with process documentation and document control.
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement tools is desirable, such as:
• 5S
• PDCA
• Lean Manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and update of Quality Management System documentation, including procedures, work instructions, formats, and records.
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal audits.
• Help track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the analysis of quality indicators and preparation of reports.
• Participate in activities related to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Assist in the control and organization of quality records and evidence.
• Support compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 or industry-specific quality requirements.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather information and ensure process compliance.
• Assist in training coordination related to quality procedures and standards.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the Quality Management System.
