Recruiting Operations Coordinator

Meztal is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support recruiting activities across multiple teams. This position focuses on the administrative, sourcing, and coordination components of the recruiting process, helping ensure open positions are effectively managed and qualified candidates are routed to the appropriate hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing candidate information, coordinating recruiting activities, and maintaining consistent processes. This is a recruiting support position rather than a full-cycle recruiter role; hiring leaders retain responsibility for candidate interviews and final hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain open positions across designated recruiting channels.
• Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet established position requirements.
• Narrow applicant pools and route qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring leaders for further evaluation.
• Coordinate candidate communications and support interview scheduling as needed.
• Track candidates through the appropriate stages of the recruiting process and maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining job descriptions based on established role requirements.
• Support consistent execution of recruiting processes, procedures, and documentation across teams.
• Coordinate with hiring leaders to obtain information needed to support open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with administrative processing related to employee job changes as assigned.
• Support tracking and maintenance of recruiting- and employment-related compliance documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate recruiting records while handling candidate and employee information confidentially.
• Identify process gaps or missing information and follow up with the appropriate stakeholders to support timely recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Professional experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR administration, talent acquisition support, or a related administrative function.

• Experience reviewing resumes, coordinating candidates, or supporting hiring processes.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based teams or stakeholders.
• Understanding of basic recruiting workflows, including job posting, applicant review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring documentation.
• Ability to review resumes and applications against established job requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate, recruiting, and employment-related records.
• General knowledge of HR practices and employment-related documentation.
• Ability to follow and support standardized recruiting and compliance processes.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
