Customer Quality Engineer
Una compañía global del sector automotriz busca incorporar un Customer Quality Engineer para fortalecer su área de calidad y programas en una planta de manufactura de componentes metálicos.
Sobre el rol: El CQE será responsable de representar la voz del cliente dentro de la organización, asegurando que los requerimientos se traduzcan en procesos internos robustos y en entregables de calidad. Tendrá un papel clave en la gestión de programas, desde el diseño hasta el lanzamiento, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares internacionales.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderar el cumplimiento de APQP en todas las fases de programa.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de ingeniería para cumplir con requisitos internos y de cliente.
- Gestionar lanzamientos de nuevos programas y herramentales.
- Participar en actividades de DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R y documentación APQP (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Asegurar la aprobación de PPAP y coordinar readiness con proveedores (run at rate, PV testing, QAV).
- Ser el enlace clave entre cliente, proveedores y dirección.
- Comunicar avances y resultados a stakeholders internos y externos.
Perfil requerido:
- Ingeniería o Administración de Empresas.
- +5 años de experiencia en proyectos, procesos o manufactura (preferente automotriz/metales).
- Conocimiento en GD&T , requisitos de cliente, IATF 16949, AIAG.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos complejos, comunicación ejecutiva y trabajo independiente.
