PMO Sales Finance
Requisitos:
Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Actuaria y afines.
Años y área de experiencia: +3 años de experiencia sólida en gestión de proyectos fintech o financieros, con enfoque en crecimiento de usuarios y rentabilidad.
Idiomas: Inglés – avanzado
Conocimientos técnicos: Excel avanzado, SQL & Python.
- Conocimiento profundo en finanzas corporativas y métricas de desempeño (EBITDA, ROI, CAC, LTV).
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles y capacidad para liderar equipos en entornos dinámicos.
Competencias:
Comunicación efectiva, negociación e influencia a nivel directivo. Mentalidad analítica y orientación a resultados, con visión estratégica de negocio.

Propósito y actividades del puesto:
Impulsar el crecimiento de los usuarios de crédito en MAZ mediante la gestión estratégica de proyectos fintech, aprovechando modelos de analítica avanzada e insights de mejora continua. Esta posición es clave dentro de la planeación estratégica del crecimiento de la vertical fintech en MAZ.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderar proyectos fintech de alto impacto, asegurando la entrega de resultados medibles y sostenibles.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias basadas en analítica de datos para optimizar la adquisición y retención de usuarios de crédito.
- Identificar y proponer alternativas de crecimiento que contribuyan directamente al incremento del EBITDA.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y garantizar la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
- Influir y gestionar relaciones con stakeholders internos y externos, interactuando con altos niveles de liderazgo en todas las operaciones.
- Monitorear riesgos, métricas clave y oportunidades de mejora, asegurando la ejecución eficiente de cada iniciativa.
