Foreign Trade Specialist

For our Chemicals Business Unit we are looking for a Foreign Trade Specialist.

Activities:

• Achieve the import of maritime and inland goods of the Chemicals Mexico division (applies to ships, containers, flexitanks, isotanks, railroads, pipes) in time and form
• Advise on foreign trade and regulatory framework, having full knowledge and mastery of INCOTERMS both physical and system,
• Coordinate the collection of documents from international suppliers and payment of pedimentos that ensure the importation of products (certificates of origin, invoices, BL, pedimentos, etc)
• Calculation and monitoring of payments to foreign trade service providers (customs brokers, maneuvers, dismissals, stays)
• Integrate electronic files of foreign trade for filing according to deadlines set by Fiscal Code.

Requirements:

• Chemical Engineer, Administration or related
• Experience in Foreign Trade
• Advanced English
