Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico (100% On-Site)

Monthly Salary: $15,000 to $17,000 MXN

Position Overview

We are currently hiring an Intake Specialist / Appointment Setter for a fully on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco. This role is ideal for professionals who can communicate with potential clients, ask structured questions, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and messages, conducting the intake process, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments with attorneys or specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from potential clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct the intake process by gathering basic client information and understanding their situation through structured questions
• Qualify prospects to determine whether they meet basic criteria for the legal service or case
• Schedule appointments with the appropriate attorney or specialist and confirm meeting details
• Enter, update, and maintain client information, notes, and appointments in the CRM or case management system
• Follow up with prospects and confirm scheduled appointments
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken
• Spanish proficiency, written and spoken
• Previous experience in intake, appointment setting, customer service, or call center roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ask structured questions and actively listen
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with CRM or case management systems
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco

Preferred Experience

• Experience in legal intake or client intake roles
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
• Background in customer service, sales support, or appointment setting
