What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Following scripts, collecting information, and entering data accurately
- Communicating with clients in both English and Spanish
- Supporting administrative and back-office processes as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers or bilingual roles
- Polite, respectful, and professional phone etiquette
- Quick learner with excellent memory and reading comprehension
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in administrative or legal environments is a bonus
