Legal QA Contract Specialist

The Impact You'll Make:

Koho Consulting helps clients deploy contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, and a successful deployment depends on getting their existing contracts into the new system cleanly.

As an Implementation Associate focused on contract migration, you'll own that work. You'll move legacy and historical contracts into each client's CLM platform so they start with a complete, accurate, and usable document repository on day one.

You'll work directly under our Implementation Managers and alongside client-side teams and vendors to manage each migration from intake through validation. While the primary focus of the role is migration and document processing, exposure to CLM configurations and workflows will give you a strong foundation for broader implementation work over time. You'll partner closely with Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and our PMO to protect the quality of every repository we hand off.

The Day to Day:

Legacy Document Processing

1. Process historical and legacy contracts into the client's CLM platform.
2. Prepare and organize source documents for migration, including sorting, naming, and grouping by contract type.
3. Verify that metadata, document types, and contract relationships map correctly into the target system.

Migration Coordination

1. Coordinate all activities related to migrating a client's legacy contracts, from intake through load and validation.
2. Work with internal team members and client-side vendors to keep the migration on schedule.
3. Track migration progress and surface blockers to the Implementation Manager early.

Discovery and Client Alignment

1. Participate in discovery calls to understand client objectives and the shape of their existing contract set.
2. Translate what you learn in discovery into a clear migration plan and document inventory.

Quality Checking

1. Quality check migrated documents against the source set for completeness and accuracy.
2. Flag gaps, duplicates, and mismatches, and resolve them before handoff.
3. Confirm the repository is clean and complete before the client sees it.

Your Background:

• Experience managing processes from start to finish and quality checking your own work.
• High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities across multiple concurrent clients.
• Demonstrated drive and initiative.
• Familiarity with CLM, contract, or document management platforms is a plus but not required.
• Spanish and English proficiency given the Mexico City location and our client-facing work.
