IT Support Specialist - Enterprise Helpdesk & Onboarding

GoodLeap, LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Employee Technology Enablement team. You will assist US and Mexico staff, answer questions, troubleshoot, and guide users to productive use of our software and systems.
The role requires strong IT literacy, 3–5 years of professional experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Familiarity with Windows 10, Exchange, Active Directory, and VM environments is preferred.
