HR Business Partner Intern (Apodaca, Mty)

What will you do?

• Attention to operational personnel
• Follow-up on personnel cases
• Reports on headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and impact KPIs
• Support in organizing plant events

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Expected graduation date: December 2027 or later .
• Intermediate conversational English .
• Availability to work 100% onsite at Monterrey Plant 4 .
• Availability to work one of the following schedules:
  • 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM
  • 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is desirable.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and interest in developing a career in HR.
• Time Management
• Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information with professionalism.
