Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proficiently speak, write, and read English.
• Validate and enter contracts (standard and non‑standard) and amendments within BY's order entry system daily following checklist procedures to ensure timely processing and follow‑up.
• Ensure agreements have appropriate revenue holds and are flagged for integration into financial systems.
• Request and maintain shipping notifications.
• Provide supporting details and approvals prior to processing.
• Research past entitlement history when needed and review accounting matters with other departments.
• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
