PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Global Delivery Hub Americas SCM within SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption provides expertise in applications and technology areas to deliver amazing customer experience by bringing competence in what we do, commitment in how we deliver and character in how we lead.
• Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and accelerate adoption of SAP Solutions, delivering end-to-end services including Max Success Plan, MaxAttention

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• As Architect Business Consultant for SCM, you will analyze Supply Chain Solutions of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex Process Industries
• As our customers are global players and communication with our colleagues all over the world is daily business, very good English language skills are a must.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

We are looking for one of these options:

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with hands‑on delivery of IBP / ePPDS / APO. Familiarity with SAP IBP Integration technologies, and the SAP APO stack (SNP, PP/DS, GATP), plus core planning concepts (MRP, MPS, demand planning). You will lead transformations from SCM APO to IBP or drive adoption for SCM advanced functionalities like ePPDS, aATP
• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with hands‑on delivery of SAP Transportation Management. Experience with integration with solutions like EWM, aATP. Knowledge on Business Network for Logistics
• Participation in at least 5 full lifecycle implementations where you played a primary role for mentioned skills
• Demonstrated experience integrating mentioned solutions with SAP S/4HANA SCM modules like PP, QM, MM, SD, etc.
• ABAP development and debugging skills are a plus — able to read code, troubleshoot enhancements (user exits, BAdIs) and coordinate with development teams for customizations and performance fixes.
• Act as Mentor and train some colleagues in our workstream

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or Business Information Systems/Computer.
• You are willing to travel worldwide (30%)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• You enjoy working in an international team
• You have passion for technology and architecture knowledge about SAP SCM Solutions.
• Language skills, Fluent in English, Spanish (optional if you apply from Sao Paulo), Portuguese (optional if you apply from Mexico)
