Strategy & Operations Specialist - Fit for Growth

At PwC, we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Specialist to support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across our Practice Areas.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination , partnering with Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, GTM, and Regional teams to drive alignment and deliver impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support integrated marketing planning (annual & quarterly)
• Align priorities across product, campaigns, and GTM teams
• Drive cross-functional coordination and execution consistency
• Own rhythm of business processes and executive reporting
• Track initiatives, manage risks, and ensure delivery against OKRs
• Partner with stakeholders to close operational gaps and improve performance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in strategic planning and program execution
• Exposure to integrated marketing or GTM models
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and continuous improvement
