Bosque Real es un Macro Desarrollo ubicado en Huixquilucan Edo. México con una extensión de 720 hectáreas. Es un desarrollo en continuo crecimiento y planificación para convertirse en un destino integral ofreciendo opciones de desarrollo para vivienda, entretenimiento y áreas comerciales. Cuenta con 3,850 familias y llegaremos a 23,000 familias. Se tendrán 1,000,000 de metros cuadrados de área comercial.
Dicho lo anterior, nos gustaría invitarte a participar en el puesto de GERENTE DE MARCA Y PORTAFOLIO , a continuación, te compartimos los Requisitos de esta posición.
REQUISITOS:
Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración, Publicidad o a fin
Deseable cuente con Posgrado
Experiencia mínimo 5 años en branding o gestión de portafolio
Experiencia liderando equipos de marcas y/o productos
Sólida visión estratégica
Capacidad analítica
Orientado a resultados
Manejo de Power BI
Microsoft 365
Herramientas IA
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
Definir y aprobar la estrategia de marcas corporativas
Administrar la arquitectura de marcas y el ciclo de vida del portafolio de desarrollos
Definir el posicionamiento, propuesta de valor en coordinación con el director de MKT
Liderar estudios de mercado primarios/secundarios
Implementación de campañas de marca y portafolio
Gestión de equipos, recursos, proveedores y presupuestos.
