Customer Care Director: Lead Global Contact Center (Remote)

Capgemini Mexico seeks a senior leader to head the CAS Contact Center for Farmers Insurance service brands. You will own end-to-end customer service delivery, workforce strategy, quality assurance, and data-driven decision making to meet brand targets.
You will collaborate with Farmers CAS leadership, manage a 120+ FTE team, and drive performance using KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards. The role offers flexible remote/office-based arrangements and opportunities for growth.
