Remote Sales Operations Coordinator for Software Company

Work Schedule: EST | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week)

An AI-powered sales platform serving the catering and events industry is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to own outbound campaign execution and client onboarding end to end.

The company pairs a SaaS product with a productized outbound service, running cold email campaigns on behalf of restaurant and catering clients using AI agents and custom Claude-based workflows. It is founder-led, bootstrapped, and pre-scale - this is the fourth team member and the first operations hire, working directly with the co-founders.

Day-to-day, the role covers sourcing roughly 1,000 leads per week through AI-powered enrichment tooling, building and populating outbound sequences, responding to 5-15 inbound prospect replies daily within a 30-minute window, introducing warm leads to clients, standing up email infrastructure for new accounts, and monitoring deliverability. Success means removing 10+ hours per week of manual campaign work from the founders' plate while keeping every active campaign fully populated and every reply answered.

Must-Have

• 2-5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, outbound campaign operations, or go-to-market operations at a B2B SaaS company, early-stage startup, or outbound agency


• Hands-on use of AI tooling beyond chat interfaces - Claude Code, Cowork, or Codex - including connecting systems via APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP)


• Demonstrated ownership of B2B lead sourcing and enrichment at volume using Clay, Apollo, Deepline, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms


• Experience running cold email campaigns on a dedicated outbound platform (Instantly, Email Bison, Lemlist, or Smartlead), including sequence build and reply management


• Experience setting up outbound email infrastructure: domain purchasing, inbox provisioning through resellers, and monitoring inbox delivery rates


• End-to-end process ownership as an early hire (employee #1-10) or sole operator in a founder-led environment with no existing playbooks


• C1+ English (CEFR) for written prospect- and client-facing email correspondence

• Prior work at a productized outbound or lead generation agency managing campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously


• \"Go-to-Market Engineer\" or operational generalist background spanning revenue tooling, automation, and campaign execution


• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or n8n)


• Exposure to catering, events, hospitality, or restaurant technology verticals
