The ideal candidate has experience supporting civil litigation matters, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can independently manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support

• Manage case files, litigation workflows, court calendars, and critical deadlines.
• Draft, review, format, and finalize legal documents, including:
• Pleadings
• Motions
• Discovery requests and responses
• Subpoenas
• Affidavits
• Legal correspondence

Case Management & Documentation

• Manage litigation matters from intake through case resolution.
• Organize and maintain case files, supporting evidence, and legal records.
• Prepare and coordinate discovery productions and privilege logs.
• Handle electronic court filings (e-filing) and PACER submissions.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate billing records and case-related documentation.
• Monitor case expenses and supporting records.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and organization within the firm.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Paralegal with substantial litigation support experience.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, court rules, and legal documentation.
